Delete your Football Lord account

You can delete your Football Lord account and its associated data at any time.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open Football Lord.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Without the app

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" and include:

• your manager name, and
• the email address of the Google or Apple account you sign in with (send the email from that address if possible).

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request. We complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in link
• Profile: manager name, profile picture, country, favourite team
• Game progress: rentals, points, rankings, budget, Lord Coins, badges and all other virtual items
• Club memberships
• Push notification tokens
• Chat messages you sent are deleted or anonymised

What may be kept, and for how long

• Moderation, ban and report records: up to 2 years, to prevent repeated abuse
• Purchase and rewarded-ad records: up to 2 years, or longer where tax or commercial law requires
• Technical server logs: up to 90 days
• Backups: overwritten within 30 days

Deleted virtual items cannot be restored and are not refunded. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple or Google.
